Crispy Chicken Hot Wings

In a small sauce pan add 10 Tbls Frank's Hot Sauce. I like this brand because it doesn't taste as salty as others.

To that add 6 Tbls butter.

Add 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.

Simmer all, stirring as needed.  10-15 minutes at least.

When done stir with wire whisk or fork until blended and smooth and

then add 1 Tbls Realemon juice. Optional, but adds a nice zing to taste.

I highly recommend a deep fryer. They help minimize oil absorption and gives you crispier results. And no need for turning over.

Fry wings naked at 365° for 10 minutes per batch.

I like to coat them:

1 cup flour

2 1/2 Tbls salt

1-2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp paprika (optional)
